Bring non-perishable food donations for St. Vincent de Paul and help make a difference in our community. In exchange for a donation, each child will receive a Harvest Fest activity bag that includes a map for the Pumpkin Scavenger Hunt. Completed map and activity sheet can be returned for a prize during the festival!

Fun for all ages – come in costume, bring the whole family, and celebrate fall with us!

Event Entry

Tickets will be available at the door for $25 per child, $5 per adult.

If you pre-purchased tickets, they will be available for pickup at St. Benedict, in the SJB courtyard or the carpool line the week leading up to Harvest Fest. If you are not able to pick them up, they will be available for pickup at the Will Call line at Harvest Fest.

Costume Contest

Students in 3s/PreK through 4th grade are invited to participate. The costume contest will begin promptly at 6:15pm. There will be two winners per grade. Please make sure costumes are school-appropriate. Weapons, evil costumes, or excessive gore are not acceptable.

Lip Sync Battle

The Lip Sync Battle is open to all students in 3rd through 8th grade. If you love to sing, dance, and have fun, then there is a spot for you at this year’s Harvest Fest Lip Sync Battle! Prizes will be awarded to top performers!

Methods of Payment

Harvest Fest is a cashless event. Cash will not be accepted for admission, activities, or most purchases. Please plan to pay with a credit/debit card or mobile payment method. Note: Some food vendors may accept cash.

Parking

There is ONE entrance and exit for Harvest Fest, at the southeast gate of St. John Bosco by the playground and fields. Please find parking at the following locations:

St. Benedict parking lot
The dirt lot to the east of St. Benedict
Along 48th Street
St. John Bosco parking lot

*Please do not park in a fire lane or block the baseball field gates.
*Please do not park in reserved spots marked for business/families unless the spot belongs to you.
