08-01-2025Notes from the PrincipalMrs. Jamie Bescak

Dear Parents,

I hope you're enjoying the last few days of summer vacation with your children! Our faculty and staff are excited to welcome all students to the Preschool–8 "Meet the Teacher" event this Monday, August 4, from 3:30–5:30 PM. To help minimize wait times and ease the flow of families on campus, we kindly ask that you arrive during your assigned time based on your last name:

3:30–4:30pm – Last names A–L
4:30–5:30pm – Last names M–Z

Your first stop will be the MPR to confirm your RenWeb and FACTS accounts are complete and the following required back-to-school forms have been submitted successfully:

Once all items have been successfully confirmed, you will receive your child’s class assignment and may proceed to the classroom to meet the teacher. Your child’s classroom supplies have already been delivered and will be waiting on their desk for you to view and organized.

Parking Lot Update

To ensure a smooth and respectful parking experience for everyone, please take note of the following:

Reserved Parking: Certain parking spaces were purchased by families during last year’s Gala and are designated for their exclusive use. Please do not park in any marked or reserved spots.

Handicapped Parking: We kindly ask that only individuals with a valid handicapped placard or license plate use the designated handicapped parking spaces. These spaces are limited and must remain available for those who truly need them. Your cooperation ensures accessibility for all members of our community.

Faculty & Staff Parking: Faculty and staff now have designated parking spaces to help free up general parking that is more convenient for families. These are reserved during school hours and school events.

As we begin the school year, mornings can be a bit hectic as families adjust to new routines. Let’s be role models for our children by driving with care, courtesy, and patience. Here are a few reminders:

  • Drive slowly and remain patient in the parking lot.
  • Allow extra time to park and walk your child to the front gate.
  • Do not drop students off in the parking lot.
  • K–8 parents are encouraged to use the efficient carpool line.
  • Only park in general, unmarked spaces.
  • Consider using the south church parking lot for additional convenience.

We can’t wait to see all the smiling faces ready for another school year filled with learning, faith, friendships, and fun. Enjoy your final weekend of summer!
