Dear Parents,
As we prepare for the start of another exciting school year, I’m delighted to share some important updates and heartfelt gratitude!
First and foremost, thank you for your incredible support for our three major SJB fundraisers: The Bosco Gala, Running with Rosco, and Birdies Fore Bosco Golf Tournament & End-of-Year Bash. Your generosity has made a significant impact—funding the installation of new refillable water fountains across campus, remodeling our PE restrooms, placing the order for a much-needed shade structure over the lower court, and more. These funds also continue to support our technology programs, essential classroom materials, and curriculum resources. Your unwavering support directly benefits our students and faculty, and we are truly grateful.
Looking ahead to the 2025–26 school year, we are actively seeking Title Sponsors for all three major fundraisers. These sponsorships come with tremendous benefits for both your family and the school. Click here for more information.
I am also thrilled to announce a generous $30,000 donation from The William and Mary Ross Foundation to our Preschool program! This gift has provided our 3s and PreK classrooms with updated learning materials, new playground equipment, and the installation of a misting system to help keep our little ones cool during outdoor play.
In addition to physical upgrades across campus, we’ve been working diligently to achieve the goals outlined in our St. John Bosco Catholic School Five-Year Strategic Plan. I look forward to sharing exciting updates with you during Curriculum Night on Wed, Aug 13 at 5:00pm. This is a parent-only event, and at least one parent from each family is required to attend, as your presence is vital to our school-home partnership.
As we draw closer to the start of school, I hope you are enjoying a restful and safe summer. I look forward to welcoming all our students and families at Meet the Teacher on Monday, August 4. Please be sure to review the important dates and back-to-school links below.
A few important reminders:
All students must be registered with Innovation Learning for aftercare (only $1) regardless of regular aftercare use.
All online Back-to-School forms must be completed before Meet the Teacher in order for your child to receive their “Magic Envelope” with their class placement.
Lastly, I am excited to introduce our 2025–26 Faculty and Staff. Please join me in giving a warm SJB welcome to our new team members!
