Dear Parents,
As the school year draws to a close, preparations for the 2024-25 school year are already in motion. Firstly, I'd like to inform you that two of our teachers, Mrs. Kerry Pezzuto and Ms. Jen Opdahl, will not be returning to SJB next year. Please join me in extending our best wishes and gratitude to them for their dedicated service over the past few years.
On a brighter note, I am delighted to announce some adjustments and additions to our faculty for the upcoming year. Let's warmly welcome Miss Laura Van House to 1st grade, Miss Kaylee Arenz to 2nd grade, Mrs. Melissa Acosta and Mrs. Alisha Watson to 3rd grade, and Mrs. Ashley Kirksey to 4th grade. Also, Miss Laura Jean Curley will join Mrs. Pam Boggs as a second resource teacher, and Mrs. Amy Day will serve as our site-based substitute teacher.
As we look forward to these new faces and roles within our school community, let's continue to uphold the spirit of support and collaboration that defines SJB. Together we will make the upcoming school year fulfilling and successful for all.
